Hondata cam gear specially designed to run a K Series ECU with KPro or KTuner on 01-05 Civics with D17A1 or D17A2 engines. Works on VTEC and Non-VTEC D17 engines. The stock D17 cam gear has the incorrect timing teeth to work with a K series ECU (ie: PRB, PND, PNF, etc). The modified cam gear's timing wheel teeth are set up so that it will work with a K series ECU that has a Hondata KPro system or KTuner End-User system installed.

Will it work with oem ecu or does it have to be a fully programable ecu
This gear is only for use with one of our Kpro D17 ECU's or KTuner D17 ECU's. It will not work with the factory ECU.

WILL IT WORK A STOCK ECU, OR WILL IS MESS UP THE TIMING
This is only for use when using a Kpro or KTuner equipped K series ECU. It is not for use with the stock D17A ECU.
