What else do I need to use this ECU?
- Laptop computer running Windows XP or newer

Bluetooth option:
The KTuner Rev1 End-User board accepts the KTuner Bluetooth Add-On Module which allows bluetooth datalogging/sensor display via the TunerView Android App.
Are there any basemaps or calibrations that I can start with?
The Ktuner software allows you to start with the factory calibration or any of the KTuner reflash files (ie: KTuner Reflash #1, etc.) to use as a starting point. From there you can customize or tune as desired.

So this product along with the 02-04 to 05-06 RSX Auto jumper Harness would allow for tuning on an 03 RSX base Auto? This seems to be the only product that can potentially do this but just wanted to confirm it.

I'm trying to find a ECU that will work with my 2006 Acura RSX base model I want to put a aftermarket intake manifold but the base model has a sensor in the intake well this delete that
This ECU has the intake manifold tuning system circuitry just like your stock ECU. If desired, you can disable this within the KTuner software so that you can use an aftermarket intake manifold. Thanks,

What are those colored wires for
The pigtails are for the additional inputs on the top of the KTuner board. Most setups don't need them, but they are included in case you do.
